Old Movies & Ice Cream

One of my favorite things about Sundays is the ability to stay at home (except for Church!) and get caught up on things I haven't had time for all week. Like being crafty or watching a movie with my roommates or eating ice cream (or doing all three at the same time!!). Okay, I did all of those things during the week. But anyway, it was wonderful.

Like tonight Bekah and I were extolling the virtues of old movies. Such as "Seven Brides for Seven Brothers!" I don't care who you are, or what you do, or do not like, in movies. Movies like that one just make you smile. Even if you hate happiness and sunshine and butterflies and musicals (I love all of them!). Especially the barn dance scene (and subsequent fight). Its my favorite!

You try watching it and not smiling!  I dare you. :)
